Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a Project Content Management Executive to join our team. This role is responsible for:
- Supporting the planning, delivery, integration and ongoing management of audio-visual and content management systems for themed attractions, exhibitions, galleries and show environments.
- Coordinating content, AV hardware, control, network and show system requirements across internal stakeholders, creative teams, consultants, integrators, vendors and operations.
- Ensuring that media experiences meet creative intent while remaining technically reliable, maintainable, safe and operationally practical.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end AV and media system workstreams, including requirements capture, design reviews, procurement support, installation, testing, commissioning, handover and defect close-out.
- Develop, maintain and coordinate content management workflows covering media asset registers, file naming, metadata, version control, approvals, distribution, archiving and retrieval.
- Coordinate the integration of professional audio, video, projection, LED displays, playback servers, show control, lighting interfaces, sensors, interactive systems, digital signage and supporting network infrastructure.
- Review consultant and vendor submissions such as system schematics, signal-flow diagrams, equipment schedules, rack layouts, interface matrices, content specifications, method statements and testing documentation.
- Track media production and localisation deliverables, including formats, codecs, resolutions, aspect ratios, channel configurations, captions, language versions and delivery deadlines.
- Coordinate system interfaces among AV, show control, IT/network, lighting, electrical, architectural and themed elements, escalating clashes, dependencies and technical risks early.
- Support technical reviews, mock-ups, factory acceptance tests, site acceptance tests, integrated systems testing and final experience reviews.
- Coordinate content ingestion, deployment and updates to playback and content management platforms, with appropriate backup, rollback and access-control procedures.
- Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, changes and vendor performance; prepare concise progress reports, action logs and decision papers.
- Maintain project records, meeting minutes, technical documentation, asset inventories, warranties, licences, as-built information and operations and maintenance manuals.
- Work with operations and maintenance teams to establish support procedures, preventive maintenance needs, spares, training, incident escalation and lifecycle replacement plans.
- Ensure systems and content comply with applicable safety, accessibility, cybersecurity, data-management and venue requirements.
- Support research and benchmarking of technologies and visitor-experience solutions suitable for attractions and exhibit environments.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Audio Visual Technology, Media Technology, Broadcast Engineering, Electronics, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Multimedia or a related technical discipline
- 2 to 5 years of experience in AV systems integration, media technology, content operations, broadcast, digital signage, events technology or technical project coordination
Required Skills
- Practical exposure to one or more of the following environments is preferred: themed attractions, museums, galleries, exhibitions, visitor centres, live entertainment, experience centres or hospitality venues
- Experience coordinating consultants, system integrators, media producers and specialist vendors through design, installation, testing and handover
- Working knowledge of professional AV signal flow, source-to-display chains, audio systems, projection or LED systems, control systems, media servers and IP-based AV/network fundamentals
- Experience with content lifecycle management, media asset libraries or content management systems is highly advantageous
- Ability to read and comment on AV schematics, equipment schedules, interface documents, drawings and technical submissions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
