JOB PURPOSE
- To drive in-depth analysis on business volume, revenue, cost balance sheet and profit & loss for optimisation and determine new avenues to deliver positive financial results of Retail products and services.
- Perform in-depth/ strategic analysis relating to Retail financial performance and provide insights to business stakeholders for product development and decision making.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & OUTCOMES
1. Strategy & Planning
- Facilitate and provide strategic analysis/ input to business with regards to data analysis, financial decision on product profitability, and evaluations for investment.
- Provide analytic support for new product Initiatives/ campaign.
- Building business analysis report template support any business requirements form Retail Head and BOD.
***Outcomes: Proper plan/analytic data for new campaign/product to support Head of Retail on making any decision.
2. Business Performance and Management
- Prepare required papers/documents for Country/Regional submission for Retail product and services.
- Follow up and track on monitoring KPIs of respective business sub-units.
- Follow up and evaluate data and policies of campaign & contest management on monthly basis .
- Prepare value added financial performance analysis with insights and identify areas of risk and opportunity.
- Monitor and analyse monthly business performance against budget and industry.
- Establish/design essential business forms/template on needs required with Product & Delivery team.
- Support to prepare budget and periodic forecast for Retail business.
- Support to prepare management reports.

+ P&L of product
+ Efficiency of report evaluations on business performance.
+ Forms/templates for application adapted with business needs.
3. Retail Support Scope of Work
- Working with departments to implement Retail product or programs: systems, template & forms, especially on how to coordinate between departments.
- Prepare aggregated data and evaluate Retail's programs and related products.
- Support to calculating and allocating Product KPIs to managers/sales directors and reviewing KPIs periodically.

4. Regulatory Compliance
- Ensures compliance to regulatory requirements, and Group policies and procedures

5. Other tasks as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
1. Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/ Finance/ Marketing.
2. Job Specific Skills & Competencies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office e.g. Excel, Words, Access & PowerPoint.
- Writing and Communication skill.
- Analytical and strong logical thinking capability.
- Self-disciplined; highly energetic and motivated.
