Responsibilities:
Responsibility 1: Manage Financial Performance and key metrics, Product Content Quality, and stock
Daily task:
- Check and manage sales, order, profit, adjusted rate by stores and propose appropriate action plans;
- Manage product on-site, visibility, ensure closing product gap with total LOTTE MART. Check request on/off product, and update product whitelist, blacklist, and limitation list;
- Check and ensure product content quality to compliance with internal standards and requirements by Laws and Regulations, including product content, attribute, images and video;
- Address store requests related to product matters.
Weekly task:
- Review product sales, order, profit by category and by store,
- Check and report weekly product and stock status, including out of stock products, product inventory level by store and by category, and control Order Adjusted rate by store, by category;
- Review product assortments for promotion,
- Choose SKUs for better product display on app, and other communication channels;
- Collaborate with the on-site team to choose the hot product to promote,
- Collaborate with MD, we select products for the livestream programs.
- Review and update assortment for services and picking zone.
Bi-Weekly task:
- Review POST to listing new products, and promote hero/hot SKUs;
- Set limit for items on POST and Clearance list, especially high-sensitive items.
- Monthly plan and targets.
Data, analysis and reports:
- Update new product data from offline to Online admin, ensuring all missing information and images are filled;
- Consolidate data and conduct product analysis to review product status and sales performance by category and by store;
- Conduct weekly/monthly product analysis to review sales performance and survey online competitors for price and assortment,
Platform Display
- Manage the display of products, categories, and landing pages on the app based on campaigns and store performance.
Responsibility 2: Product Contents and on-site
- Coordinate with Content team, MD teams, Brands teams, to build and improve product contents to compliance with internal standards/templates, requirements of Laws and regulations, and requirements from external partners (especially marketplaces);
- Close the on-site product gap between offline and online (all channels);
- Check and refer to market standards to improve product content quality;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure products and listed online on timely basis.
Responsibility 3: Supplier relationship management (SRM) with key suppliers
- Maintain and develop relationships with current partnerships;
- Search for new partnership opportunities;
- Collaborate with partners in marketing campaigns, including discount promotions, gifts, display, and others.
Requirements:
Qualifications (Essential): University Diploma
Major: E-commerce, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or equivalent
Professional Certificate (if any): Non-required

- Can work well under high pressure environment.
Knowledge
- Understand retail, e-commerce;
- Understand merchandise and customer behavior in general;
- Have good knowledge of planning, project management, negotiation.
Necessary skills
- Have planning & critical thinking skills;
- Have communication & problem solving skills;
- Have product and supplier management skills;
- Good at Microsoft Excel, Google Sheet;
- Good in English (Reading and Writing); Korean is a plus.
