Job Description
Contract Duration: 1 year (To start asap)
Working Arrangement: Mondays to Fridays: 8.30 am to 6.00pm
Salary: Up to $5,200 (will commensurate with experience)

Job Description
As part of the Project team, your key tasks will be to:
- Lead and coordinate assigned project workstreams, working closely with internal stakeholders, relevant external organisations, suppliers and consultants to ensure the timely delivery of key project milestones supporting the closure of the project.
- Manage vendor/consultant coordination and site inspections/visits at the designated project site.
- Lead the records management and archival workstream, working with relevant stakeholders and external organisations on the records acquisition and transfer process to ensure compliance with applicable governance requirements.
- Support the development, implementation and review of any required Policies & Procedures and Guidelines for the various project workstreams.
- Provide project management, governance and support to the Project team in the areas of record-keeping, filing, tracking of vendor payments, billing and budgets, maintaining project documentation and monitoring project timelines.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and stakeholder engagements, including preparing meeting materials, coordinating logistics, recording key discussions and decisions, and monitoring the timely completion of follow-up actions.
- Identify, monitor and escalate project risks, issues and dependencies, working with stakeholders to develop and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
- Provide administrative support to other ad-hoc organisation-related workstreams
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience
- Prior experience in contract administration and vendor management
- Prior experience in project management, governance, or related functions
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Team player with strong interpersonal abilities, with a proven ability in working with diverse stakeholder groups
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and competing priorities.
- Ability to exercise sound judgement, work independently and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
