Assistant Manager, Footwear Costing

RESPONSIBILITES

• To stay informed on the trends and developments of foreign exchange, LOP, rubber, leather and other key element of footwear manufacturing
• Working with Head of Costing to get costing timelines for managed brands / style.
• Build CBD for Pull Over / Line Review / SMS stage with accuracy and on time
• Working with material team / design team / development team / tooling team to get the necessary information to manage costing on time.
• Cost comparison / Cost saving suggestion prepared to management team for the project over target in Pull Over / Line Review and SMS stage.
• Daily products change review & cost impact reporting to costing manager or senior costing manager
• Consumption / Upper tooling cost negotiation and finalizing with factory with costing manager support.
• Tooling tracking list prepare based on actual PO received seasonal.
• Work with Planning for MOQ/Cancelation order issue.
• Leather assembly by hand to get real loss percentage and usage.
• Work with partner factory Costing team in detail to get price confirmed.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Footwear Costing 
• English: good verbal and written communication skills
• Negotiation, analytical skills
