• Oversee the end-to-end multi-entity financial consolidation and management reporting processes across various operating jurisdictions

• Prepare accurate consolidated financial statements, ensuring strict adherence to applicable reporting standards and accurate intercompany eliminations

• Review and validate cross-border financial submissions, performing comprehensive variance analysis to deliver strategic insights to regional leadership

• Drive process optimization through digital tools and modern financial technologies to streamline close cycles and enhance internal controls

• Manage tax compliance obligations, statutory filings, and external audit relationships across regional business units

skills and experience required

• Possess a recognized degree in Accountancy, Finance, or an equivalent professional qualification

• Proven track record in multi-entity financial consolidation and group reporting within complex corporate environments

• Strong technical capability in managing intercompany reconciliations, currency translations, and regulatory compliance standards

• Proficiency in enterprise resource planning software and advanced financial modeling tools to enable process efficiency

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across cross-functional regional teams in a supportive environment that values autonomy and professional growth
