Role Summary
The Assistant Brand Manager will be a key driver in executing Heineken Vietnam's largest integrated campaigns, ensuring consistent, high-quality brand communication across ATL, Digital, Social, BTL, Sponsorships and Packaging.
This role requires strong project management, communication excellence, and the ability to translate strategy into powerful storytelling and seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities
A. Campaign & Communication Management
- Support end-to-end campaign execution: brief → creative development → production → deployment.
- Coordinate daily with ATL, Digital/Social, Media, PR, and Activation agencies.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, budgets, and internal approvals.
- Track and manage asset creation and adaptation with Global teams.
- Ensure communication consistency across all touchpoints (ATL, Digital, Social, BTL, Trade).
- Consolidate campaign results and prepare performance reports.
B. Creative & Content Development
- Support development of ATL and digital assets (KV, TVC cutdowns, social content, POSM).
- Review creative materials for alignment with brand guidelines and communication strategy.
- Work with agencies to refine messaging, tone of voice, and visual quality.
- Coordinate usage of talents, brand ambassadors, and sponsorship assets.
C. Sponsorship Activation Support
- Work with Global Sponsorship teams to localize assets.
- Support communication rollout of sponsorship platforms.
- Ensure sponsorship assets are integrated consistently into campaign communication.
D. Packaging & Innovation Projects
- Support limited-edition pack development (concept → design → approval → production).
- Ensure packaging communication aligns with campaign messaging and brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Trade Marketing, and Procurement for deployment.
E. Business Performance & Reporting
- Monitor Brand Health, market share, and campaign performance metrics.
- Consolidate data and insights for analysis and reporting.
- Prepare internal documents, alignment decks, and meeting summaries.
F. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Legal to support campaign execution.
- Ensure smooth coordination across functions for activation and pack deployment.
Requirements
Experience & Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in Brand Management
- Experience in FMCG is highly preferred
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Experience managing variety of agencies (creative, media, social, event...)
- Understanding of integrated marketing communications (ATL/BTL/Digital).
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with brand health tracking.
- Good command of English and Vietnamese.
Nice to Have
- Experience in global brands is a plus
- Prior involvement in multi-touchpoint campaigns.
- Experience with packaging development or innovation projects.
