We are looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to join our Marketing/Branding team and support the company in strengthening, systemizing, and professionalizing our brand presence in the English education industry.
This role is ideal for someone who has a solid foundation in branding, creative content, brand production, event management, and team coordination — with a strong interest in education and learner experience.
Key Responsibilities
- In this role, you are not only a marketer; you are also expected to think like an educator.
- In charge of the development and execution of brand strategies, brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and communication standards.
- Lead the production of branding materials such as brochures, posters, banners, signage, merchandise, student kits, event materials, and center decorations.
- Plan and execute student events, academic events, workshops, seminars, internal events, and employer branding activities.
- Develop creative content directions for social media, website, landing pages, video scripts, event communication, and brand campaigns.
- Support the management, training, and quality control of junior content/branding team members.
- Work closely with Heads of Departments, including Academic, Sales, Operations, Customer Service, HR, and Center Management teams, to plan and execute major company-wide projects.
- Receive and execute direct assignments from the Board of Directors related to brand development, brand positioning, brand communication, and strategic branding initiatives.
- Use AI tools to improve productivity in content creation, research, ideation, presentation development, workflow optimization, and team training.
- Other tasks assigned by the BOD
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in branding, content marketing, creative marketing, event management, or brand production.
- Strong understanding of branding, content development, visual quality, and customer touchpoints.
- Proven experience in managing brand production projects and working with external suppliers.
- Experience in planning and executing professional events.
- Excellent creative thinking, writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Advanced English proficiency; IELTS 7.0+ or equivalent is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in using AI tools to improve work productivity and creative output.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under high pressure.
- Experience in team management, training, or mentoring is an advantage.
- Prior experience in education, English training, IELTS, edtech, or teaching English is highly preferred.
- Passion for education and willingness to deeply understand learners, teachers, and the learning journey.
