Job Description

The Assistant Brand Manager will support the Head of Marketing in driving brand growth, overseeing multi-channel marketing execution, and managing cross-functional projects to achieve ambitious sales and brand objectives. This role requires strong analytical ability, project management skills, and the capacity to translate strategy into execution across online, trade, and media.

I. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Brand & Portfolio Management

  • Support development and execution of brand calendar (Product launching, seasonal campaigns, Tet).
  • Adapt brand assets into cross-channel toolkits (packaging, trade visibility, digital content).
  • Build and roll out product selling story, content angles and training across markets and execution (domestic + export).

Sales & Trade Marketing

  • Work with sales team to deliver trade visibility, display, promotions, activations, and training.
  • Track sell-in and incremental sales impact by channel, format, pack size, and geo.
  • Manage trade ROI tracking and optimize promotional activities.

Media, Digital & IMC

  • Drive media planning, content and optimization: TA targeting, platform behaviour, O2O conversion, D2C performance.
  • Collaborate with agencies on media and creative strategy.
  • Ensure content adaptation for livestreams, online promotions, and social campaigns.

Consumer & Market Insights

  • Map target audience, need-states, and occasions.
  • Track market share and competitor activities.
  • Provide actionable insights to sharpen communication and innovation plans

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Manage marketing dashboard: Offline & online sales conversion, ROI, traffic.
  • Support budget allocation and monthly KPI tracking.
  • Present campaign performance, learning, and recommendations.

II. REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: Graduated from University majoring in Marketing.
  • Experience: 3 - 4 years of working experience in brand management, trade marketing, or FMCG marketing.
  • Work related skills: Strong analytical ability, project management skills, and the capacity to translate strategy into execution across online, trade, and media.
  • Soft skills: Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Language: Proficiency in English.
