Role overview

This role is suited to someone with a stronger technical foundation in analytics and data engineering, while still being comfortable participating in customer discussions and presales support. The role combines hands-on solutioning with some client-facing consulting responsibilities.

The role is approximately 70% technical and 30% presales / consulting.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of analytics and data engineering solutions for clients 

• Work on solutioning across Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric and related data platform environments 

• Gather requirements and translate business needs into practical technical solutions 

• Support client meetings, workshops and presales discussions where needed 

• Collaborate with sales, consulting and delivery teams to shape and deliver suitable solutions 

• Prepare technical inputs for proposals, solution architecture and project planning 

• Keep up to date with developments across cloud analytics and modern data platforms 

Key requirements

• Experience in analytics consulting, data engineering, solution consulting or a related role 

• Hands-on exposure to Snowflake and/or Microsoft Fabric

• Comfortable in client-facing settings, even if the role is more technical than commercial 

• Able to communicate technical concepts clearly 

• Experience with modern analytics environments and cloud-based data solutions 

• Databricks exposure would be an advantage

• Experience with Snowflake, Fabric, Databricks, Azure Synapse, or similar platforms
• Exposure to data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, or BI tools
• Pre-sales or proposal experience in a consulting environment
