KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To implement copilot and power automate based on requirements
- Lead Copilot adoption and user enablement by designing and executing adoption plans across business units; coach users on effective prompt design and real world Copilot scenarios; deliver workshops, training sessions, and hands on labs for Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate Copilot, and related services including agents, connectors, and Teams extensibility (apps/bots) to embed Copilot into daily collaboration.
- Develop and support automation solutions by building and deploying Power Automate workflows (cloud, desktop, and process mining) enhanced with Copilot; creating custom AI Agents in Copilot Studio for workflows, approvals, knowledge responses, and operational automation; conducting use case discovery with stakeholders; and delivering integrated business solutions using Power Apps, Dataverse, and AI Builder alongside Copilot technologies.
- Ensure organizational readiness for Copilot and AI by assessing licensing, compliance, data security, and configuration; apply governance and protection controls using Microsoft Purview and enforce Conditional Access via Entra ID; support governance across Microsoft 365, Teams, Power Platform, and the Copilot ecosystem.
- Provide ongoing functional support and continuous improvement by supporting Copilot, Power Automate, Power Apps, and broader Microsoft O365 usage; troubleshooting automation flows, agent behaviors, and user scenarios; monitoring Copilot performance, usage analytics, and user impact, recommending enhancements; and tracking adoption and insights through dashboards built in Power BI/Fabric with Copilot.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
- Experienced in IT engineer/ IT Office 365/ IT System Admin/ Power Apps Developer/ Microsoft Platform Consultant/ IT Application Specialist related positions
- Solid experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, etc.).
- Practical experience in Power Automate (cloud & desktop), Power Apps, and workflow automation.
- Familiarity with Copilot technologies (Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Automate Copilot, Copilot Studio).
- Understanding data governance, compliance, and security in MS Cloud.
- Fluent English communication
