Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and review of design documentation to ensure clarity and accuracy.
- Mentor junior engineers to support their growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align analog circuit designs with overall project goals.
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Analog Circuits Design.
- Strong understanding of analog circuit simulation and modeling techniques.
- Experience with noise reduction and signal integrity optimization in analog designs.
- Knowledge of thermal management and power efficiency strategies in circuit design.
- Familiarity with prototyping and testing methodologies for analog circuits.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to integrate analog components.
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Analog Circuits Design.
- This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
