Role Summary

We are looking for an AI Verification Engineering Intern to develop and deploy Agentic AI solutions to automate key SoC Design Verification (DV) closure activities, with a strong focus on protocol correctness, assertion-based verification, coverage closure, regression analysis, and clock/reset validation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design AI agents that collaborate with DV engineers to analyze specifications, generate protocol checks and SVAs, identify coverage gaps, triage regression failures, and accelerate verification signoff.
• Drive productivity improvements through intelligent automation while ensuring robust protocol compliance and functional correctness across complex SoC integrations.
  
  

Required Skills

• Must be pursuing a BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar discipline.
• Prior experience creating AI agents
