AI RESEARCHER

• Design and execute end-to-end AI research projects, including data collection, model building, evaluation, and reporting.

• Create and implement innovative AI solutions to address complex real-world problems.

• Work closely with team members and other product teams to integrate AI solutions.

• Mentor and provide support junior team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Econometrics, or a related field.
• Have at least 2-4 years of experience in AI research and development.
• Have a proven track record in managing end-to-end AI projects and products.
• Experience with AI frameworks and libraries.
• Strong understanding of linear algebra, statistics, and discrete mathematics.
• Knowledge of causal inference, knowledge representation, reasoning, and game theory.
• Expertise in AI techniques and algorithms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in writing scientific reports and presenting ideas.
• Ability to select suitable models for solving current problems rather than focusing solely on the latest technology.

Preferred:

• Proficiency in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing algorithms.
• Experience with AI projects such as recommendation systems, chatbots, and time series analysis.
