Job Description
Experience: 3-6 years
Location: Remote
Shift Timing:7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST
3+ years of experience in AI Engineering, Software Engineering, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering.
Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI-powered application development.
Proficiency in Python with experience in automation scripting, backend development, tooling, and workflow automation.
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization, deployment, and troubleshooting of production workloads.
Strong working knowledge of Linux and shell scripting for application deployment, debugging, and system administration.
Experience building or integrating AI agents, LangChain/LangGraph, vector databases, or similar AI frameworks is preferred.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Spinnaker, or similar deployment pipelines.
Understanding of distributed systems, production debugging, and deployment troubleshooting.
Familiarity with AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar tools to improve engineering productivity.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate with engineering teams, product teams, and internal customers to review deployment processes and deliver scalable platform solutions.
