We are seeking an experienced AI Agents & Workflow Integration specialist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 8-18 years of experience in designing and implementing AI solutions that enhance business workflows. This role requires a strong technical background and a passion for leveraging AI technologies to drive efficiency and innovation.

Summary: As a Quality Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of quality engineers by coordinating multi-disciplinary planning and integrating various ecosystem components to enhance delivery speed and ensure high-quality standards throughout the application lifecycle. This role requires overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive testing strategies that align with business and functional requirements. The day also includes defining and implementing key performance metrics to monitor testing activities, managing test execution, and facilitating defect resolution to maintain the overall quality of the product.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-driven workflows and automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify integration opportunities and streamline processes.
• Develop and maintain AI agents to support various business functions including customer service, marketing, and data analysis.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI agents and workflows, providing recommendations for improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in AI technologies and workflow automation.
• Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Lead the development and continuous improvement of testing frameworks and processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and professional growth within the team.- Monitor project progress and quality metrics to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.- Support junior team members by providing guidance and facilitating their skill development.

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience with AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Knowledge of workflow automation tools and platforms.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Understanding of machine learning algorithms and data analysis techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team.

Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AI Agents & Workflow Integration.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Machine Learning (ML).- Strong understanding of quality engineering principles and testing methodologies.- Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end testing strategies across complex application ecosystems.- Ability to define and track key quality metrics to assess testing effectiveness and product quality.- Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams to align quality goals with business objectives.
