Responsibilities:
- Develop performance marketing strategy and affiliate plan aligned with GMV target across both ecommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada...) and other social platforms (TikTok, Meta, Google...)
- Lead and manage teams across:
- Performance Ads
- Affiliate Performance Management
- Oversee paid media planning, budget allocation, optimization and ROI control.
- Manage the affiliate ecosystem including recruitment, commission schemes, performance optimization and traffic quality.
- Monitor performance and analyze key metrics such as GMV, ROAS, CTR, CPA, CPC, and affiliate contribution.
- Ensure data accuracy, reporting clarity and continuous performance improvement.
- Coach team members, set KPIs and standardize execution SOPs.
- Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders and external platforms/partners.
