1. Admissions Consulting
- Provide consultation and support to prospective students on programs, admissions procedures, tuition fees, and learning pathways.
- Manage and effectively utilize leads generated from marketing campaigns.
- Achieve assigned enrollment targets on a monthly/quarterly basis.
- Collaborate with Academic and Student Services teams to ensure a positive learning experience and improve student retention.
2. Marketing & Digital Advertising
- Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Google, Zalo, TikTok, etc. to attract potential students.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance (CPL, CTR, Conversion Rate) to meet cost-efficiency and enrollment goals.
- Manage content across fanpage, website, landing pages, email marketing, and other digital channels.
- Work closely with Design & Content teams to develop creative and engaging campaigns targeting the right audience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in Admissions Consulting or Digital Marketing (experience in the education sector is a plus).
- Strong communication, consulting, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Proactive, dynamic, responsible, and able to work under sales pressure.
