Job Description

1. JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Sales Account Manager

  • Build and lead the Sales Account team to achieve revenue targets and expand cacaFly Vietnam's clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, agencies, and business partners.
  • Execute and manage full sales account cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, closing, and campaign management, ensure every campaign meet KPI's requirement.
  • Collaborate closely with Media, Marketing, and Admin teams to ensure excellent service delivery and campaign performance.
  • Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to strategic business planning.
  • Represent cacaFly at industry events, networking activities, and partner meetings.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Country Manager/Managing Director.

2. REQUIREMENTS

·        Minimum 5-years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or media agencies, prioritize experience in performance agency.

·        At least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role with proven revenue achievement.

·        Strong understanding of digital advertising, and integrated marketing.

·        Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

·        Proactive, high self-responsibility

·        Strong leadership abilities with the capability to manage, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.

·        Proactive, data-driven, strategic mindset, and able to work under pressure.

·        Fluent in English is a plus
