Admin & Executive Support (Intern)

Job Description:  

We are hiring an Admin & Executive Support (Intern) to work directly with the CEO and help run our customer service & new lead generation day to day.

This role combines sales support, admin, and PA-style coordination. You will manage current users, new leads, follow up outreach, keep the sales and customer pipeline organized, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.

You will communicate with clients, prospects, and senior internal stakeholders, so confidence, professionalism, and attention to detail are essential.

This is not a passive admin role. We are looking for someone proactive, structured, and comfortable taking ownership.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Management

Track inbound and outbound leads across all channels

Maintain CRM and sales tracking tools

Ensure timely follow-ups and next steps for all leads

Support the CEO in progressing deals through the funnel

Outreach & Follow-Ups

Send and manage email and LinkedIn follow-ups

Track responses and schedule calls or meetings

Ensure no leads or conversations go cold

Executive & Admin Support

Support the CEO with sales-related admin and coordination

Schedule meetings, manage reminders, and follow up actions

Prepare basic sales notes, summaries, and documents

Reporting & Accountability

Prepare simple weekly customer service and sales pipeline reports

Track outreach activity and performance

Flag delays, risks, or dropped tasks early

Communication

Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams

Represent the company professionally in written and verbal communication

Requirements

Experience University level

Experience working with sales funnels or CRM systems is a strong advantage

Experience supporting senior management or founders is a plus

Skills

Strong organization and follow-up skills

Excellent written English, especially email

Confident communicator with clients and senior stakeholders

Comfortable using Google Workspace, CRM tools, and task systems

Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive
