The Accounts Receivable Executive will oversee the day-to-day management of customer accounts, ensuring the timely processing of invoices, collection of outstanding payments, and accurate account reconciliation. Responsibilities include monitoring customer accounts for discrepancies, maintaining proper financial records, and preparing financial reports for management. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with internal teams and act as a key liaison with clients to maintain excellent relationships and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Excellent skills in financial management, including account reconciliation and accurate handling of customer accounts.
• Proficiency in software for financial tracking and reporting, such as ERP systems or accounting software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for maintaining professional relationships and resolving issues with clients and team members.
• Ability to analyze data, identify discrepancies, and find efficient solutions.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role. Experience in retail or FMCG is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Vietnamese is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with local financial regulations and tax compliance practices in Vietnam is an advantage.
