Summary

A leading Multinational Corporation (MNC)headquartered in Taiwan is establishing a new factory in Singapore. We areseeking Accounts & Finance Executive responsible for local overallfinancial affairs and have an extensive knowledge of the compliances and taxregulations in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process vendor invoices, manage customer billings,and track incoming and outgoing payments.

General Ledger and Reconciliations: Maintain the general ledger and perform monthlybank and account reconciliations.

Month-End and Year-End Closing: Prepare journal entries for accruals, prepayments,and fixed assets, and finalize accounts for audit readiness.

Tax and Statutory Compliance: Assist with tax filings, Goods and Services Tax(GST) returns, and local regulatory requirements.

Financial Reporting: Help prepare trial balances, basic financialstatements, and simple consolidation reports.

Qualifications

. Diploma / Bachelor in Accounting,Finance, or related fields.

. Minimum 3 years accountingexperience

. Must have sound knowledge ofSingapore tax compliances and financial regulations

. Must be proficient in MicrosoftExcel

. Able to speak Chinese to communicate with stakeholders internally
