Position: Accounts Executive
Location: Defu Lane
Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,800 Monthly Basic Salary + Performance Bonus + Medical Benefits
Duration: Permanent
Industry: Gas Distributor

Main Responsibilities:

Maintain full-set accounts including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and General Ledger.
Prepare quarterly GST schedules and support timely GST submissions.
Perform month-end closing and ensure financial reports are completed within required timelines.
Perform bank, ledger, inventory and other account reconciliations.
Coordinate stock-take activities, reconcile inventory records and follow up on discrepancies.
Maintain complete and organised finance records and supporting documents.
Perform other related accounting and finance duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline, or an equivalent professional qualification.
At least two years of relevant accounting experience, including hands-on full-set accounting and month-end closing.
Experience with GST preparation and account reconciliations.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Familiar with accounting or ERP systems.
Good attention to detail and ability to meet reporting deadlines independently.
