Accounts Clerk - Hanoi, Vietnam

Location: Vietnam
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Accounts Clerk is responsible for managing accounts receivable and payable. You will be working within a small finance team and assisting the two incumbent Accounts Clerk, to successfully fulfill the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable responsibilities.
Major Responsibilities
ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE
- Inspections sales invoicing.
- Subscriptions invoicing support.
- Debtor Collections and customer engagement.
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
- Supplier invoice coding within our Automated Accounts Payable solution.
- Responding to vendor queries.
- Corporate Credit Cards reconciliation and maintenance.
ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
- Daily Bank reconciliations.
- Accounts inbox management.
- Other general finance and administrative tasks.
- Financial Month End reconciliation items.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Previous experience working in multi-national businesses.
- Experience with foreign currency highly regarded.
- Experience with Automated Accounts Payable system highly regarded but not mandatory.
- Sales invoicing experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Understanding of the overall accounting process, not just task driven.
