Accounting Supervisor

The Opportunity

Our esteemed client, a growing USD company in the logistics and transportation sector, is seeking a Accounting Supervisor responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting the Finance Manager in overall financial management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) functions
• Prepare monthly financial statements and assist with the closing process
• Monitor cash flow and manage logistics-related expenses
• Ensure compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and tax regulations
• Coordinate with auditors and handle tax filings
• Lead, supervise, and develop the accounting team

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably within the logistics industry
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory position
• Strong understanding of VAS and local tax regulations
• Good leadership and effective communication skills.
