Job Descriptions:
As the Asset Management & Construction Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate asset management and payroll accounting activities to ensure compliance, efficiency, and transparency.
Key responsibilities include:
- Organize and supervise accounting of fixed assets, tools, and other resources; ensure accurate valuation, periodic inventory, transfer, or disposal.
- Monitor and update asset records to optimize usage efficiency.
- Direct payroll, bonus, allowance, insurance, and benefits accounting, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports on asset management, payroll, and benefits.
- Control asset and payroll accounting activities to ensure compliance with laws and accounting standards.
- Coordinate with internal audit and inspection units to ensure transparency.
- Train and guide staff on processes, policies, and professional skills.
- Assign tasks, evaluate performance, and improve processes related to assets and payroll.
- Apply updated legal regulations and policies to departmental operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Banking, Finance, Accounting, or Auditing.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar role at banks or financial institutions.
Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of asset accounting, payroll accounting, HR policies, and labor laws.
- Familiarity with regulations on labor, social insurance, and personal income tax.
Skills:
- Strong organizational, supervisory, and financial analysis skills.
