Responsibilities
Job Description
- Responsible for all Finance and Accounting functions including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, fixed asset, inter-company charging and cash flow management.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of month-end closing management report, quarterly financial forecasts and relevant submission to the Authorities in accordance with the Company's policy, local statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Assist to consolidate the annual expense budget from all user departments.
- Manage monthly cash flow, AP & AP and ensure team members transaction records are accurate and on time.
- Be responsible for reconciliation of accounting ledgers.
- Consolidate, check monthly/ quarterly VAT - WHT - CIT and responsible for on time payment of taxes (VAT - PIT - CIT).
- Prepare monthly, quarterly & annual financial reports per internal system requirements and Vietnam tax law.
- Working with auditors for annual financial statements.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Finance Manager.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent with at least 5-7 years relevant working experience
- Strong financial and accounting knowledge including VAS and IFRS, proficient in Microsoft Office
- Possess strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to exercise strong influence and control to ensure compliance whilst maintaining trust and loyalty with key personnel
- Familiarity with accounting system i.e. SAP/Cognos
