Understand the company's development direction and business plan to implement appropriate tasks.
Be responsible for the company's financial matters, keeping track of and providing direction on the most suitable financial usage for each period.
Advise the Director on strategic financial planning, analyzing the company's economic and financial situation.
Control costs to ensure they do not exceed regulations and ensure the validity of documents. Conduct cross-checks to promptly detect errors and identify and prevent risks.
Monitor and manage salary funds, service fee funds, tax payments, etc.
Build and improve the financial and accounting management system in compliance with legal regulations.
Manage the storage of accounting books, invoices, documents, and reports in accordance with regulations; ensure that all documents comply with legal standards and company policies.
Represent the company in dealings with tax authorities and other relevant state agencies.
Prepare timely and accurate financial reports in accordance with current tax laws (including payments, tax declarations, contracts, and related documentation).
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Auditing, Finance. Possession of a Chief Accountant certification is required.
At least 5 years of experience in the position of Chief Accountant or equivalent; preference will be given to candidates with experience in the manufacturing sector.
Fluent in Mandarin (or English) with proficiency in all four skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
Knowledge of corporate finance; understanding of tax regulations, accounting principles and standards, and accounting operations.
Strong skills in planning, reporting, analysis, and problem-solving.
Honest, meticulous, responsible, and able to work well under high pressure.
