Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Accounting Operations: (70%)

  • Supervise day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Handle month-end closing and full set report prepared in accordance with IFRS and submitted to HQ.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.
  • Manage cash flow and working capital to ensure liquidity.
  • Coordinate and oversee internal and external audits.
  • Monitor and control company expenditures and revenues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date al transaction records.
  • Implement and maintain robust internal controls to prevent errors and fraud.

2. Financial Management: (30%)

  • Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Oversee financial planning and analysis, including variance analysis.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to assist in evaluating business performance and opportunities.

3. Team Management & Others

  • In charges for two business units.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team and with other departments.

Requirements:

1. Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.

2. Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the same role, prior experience in logistics field is preferred.

3. Language Skills:

  • Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).

4. Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong knowledge of financial management and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Experience with ERP systems and financial software.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong ethical standards and integrity.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
