Accountant

Job Description

• Conduct inventory reconciliation for local and imported goods.
• Issue and manage sales invoices (TikTok Shop, TikTok, Shopee).
• Prepare and submit tax declarations: VAT, PIT, FCT, Import Tax.
• Prepare financial statements and periodic tax reports.
• Compile statutory reports in compliance with regulations (Investment Monitoring, FDI, SBV reports).
• Perform account reconciliation with suppliers and partner brands.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely submission of all accounting and tax documents.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or College degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 12 years of experience in accounting or auditing (experience in tax or general accounting is preferred).
• Basic knowledge of VAT, PIT, FCT, and Import Tax.
• Experience in tax filing, e-invoice issuance, and preparation of basic financial statements.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software (e.g., MISA, FAST).
• Detail-oriented, honest, and responsible with strong accuracy in handling financial data.
