- Candid a fast-growing Vietnamese skincare brand focused on science-driven formulations and digital-native growth.
- Murad a globally recognized dermatologist-developed skincare brand distributed in Vietnam.
As part of our business expansion, we are looking for an E-Commerce Reconciliation Accountant based in Ho Chi Minh City.
About the Role: The E-commerce Reconciliation Accountant plays a critical role in ensuring data accuracy and consistency across orders, invoices, payments, and inventory records within multi-channel platforms and internal systems.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Revenue Reconciliation
- Perform daily reconciliation of revenue data across multiple systems, including ERP, OMS/WMS and E-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
- Match transaction data with bank statements and payment gateways (e.g., MoMo, VNPay, etc.).
- Identify and promptly investigate discrepancies, missing data, or mismatches.
- Develop and implement optimized and automated reconciliation processes using technology solutions to enhance data accuracy and improve processing efficiency.
2. Accounts Receivable Monitoring
- Track and follow up outstanding receivables from logistics partners, E-commerce platforms and payment service providers.
- Support timely reconciliation and collection of receivables.
3. Inventory Reconciliation
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to reconcile inventory movement (inbound outbound balance).
- Investigate discrepancies such as: Loss, Damage, Returns
- Ensure inventory data in the system matches physical inventory records.
4. Reporting
- Prepare periodic reports including Revenue reports, Cash collection reports by channel and product, Accounts receivable status reports (weekly/monthly)
- Support preparation of other related reports as required.
5. Issue Resolution
- Detect data discrepancies and investigate root causes.
- Collaborate with relevant teams (IT, Warehouse, Operations) to resolve data issues and implement corrective actions.
6. Other Duties
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management.
Qualifications:
Education
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or related fields.
Experience
- Minimum12 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in Retail, E-commerce, or Logistics industries is highly preferred.
Technical Knowledge
- Good understanding of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and current tax regulations.
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Application (especially MS Office,Power Query and logical functions), as reconciliation typically involves large datasets.
- Experience usingAccounting software or ERP systems is an advantage.

- Strong numerical mindset.
- Ability to analyze data and solve problems based on data insights.
