Job Description
  • Recording & Accounting: Accurately record and account for all arising accounting vouchers in compliance with current regulations.
  • Compliance: Verify the validity and legality of accounting documents in accordance with existing laws and internal policies.
  • Transaction Management: Ensure all financial transactions are recorded timely and allocated to the correct accounts.
  • Store Control: Monitor and reconcile cash receipts and invoices received from retail stores.
  • Data Entry & Inventory: Support data entry into accounting software; reconcile inventory at showrooms and prepare Inventory In-Out-Stock (IOI) reports.
  • Key Accounting Areas: Take charge of Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and showroom inventory control.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare documentation and perform tax filings for VAT, Foreign Contractor Tax (FCT), and Personal Income Tax (PIT).
  • Tax Reporting: Prepare monthly/quarterly tax reports in accordance with regulations and ensure on-time submission.
  • Closing Process: Support the monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to resolve accounting-related issues.
Job Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in accounting; priority will be given to candidates with a background in Retail or E-commerce.
  • Language: Ability to communicate in English is an advantage.
  • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of VAT, FCT, and PIT.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Attributes: Meticulous, careful, well-organized, and capable of multitasking.
