Established in 2021, Every Half Bean, a Vietnam Specialty Coffee Roaster, aims to bring Vietnamese specialty coffee to the world through sourcing high-quality coffee beans, developing unique processing methods and building sustainable relationship with farmers.
To date, Every Half Bean is running 25 stores and introduce Vietnamese specialty coffee to more than 5 countries.
About the job:
Every Half Bean is currently looking for Accounts Payable Accountant, the ideal candidate will be involved with ensuring all payable transactions are recorded correctly, preparing debt analysis reports. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a meticulous eye for details.
I. Scope of Work
- To receive, verify and record properly any payable invoice, goods receipt, finalisation report, contract.
- To monitor and update payable accounts in period of day/week/month.
- To coordinate with other departments to handle documents properly.
- To ensure all payable transactions are recorded correctly and fully.
- To prepare payable reports and debt analysis reports.
- To actively participate in process review and improving initiatives for better operations.
- To support other accounting tasks when required.

III. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years working in Finance - Accounting,
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheet, knowledge in data analysis is a plus.
- To be able to handle high pressure.
