Accountant

Location: 156 Tran Binh Trong, Cho Quan Ward, HCMC

Working hours: 8:30 AM – 5:50 PM (Days off: 2nd & 3rd Saturday and Sunday)

Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily transactions for Accounts Receivable and issue e-invoices to customers.
• Communicate and follow up with customers regarding payment collection.
• Handle daily cash transactions for departments.
• Receive and verify payment requests and deposits before submitting them to the Chief Accountant for approval.
• Prepare revenue reports, VAT reports, and other accounting reports.
• Submit monthly reports accurately and on time.
• File and maintain contracts with vendors/customers and accounting books.
• Support Accounts Payable activities.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Chief Accountant.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Accounting, Logistics, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Able to read and write in English.
• Proficient in ERP systems.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of MS Excel and Word.
