Senior Accountant

The ideal candidate is responsible for ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial records, supporting periodic closing processes following the corporate guidance, complying with tax regulation and contributing to financial reporting and process improvements. The ideal candidate should have solid accounting knowledge, hands-on experience in general ledger accounting, detail-oriented skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records and support month-end and year-end financial closing.
• Process supplier invoices, prepare payments, and manage accounts payable transactions.
• Verify payroll, employee reimbursements, and personnel cost postings.
• Manage inventory accounting, cost calculations, and inventory reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations (VAT, CIT, PIT), accounting standards, and company policies.
• Prepare supporting documents for tax filings and internal/external audits.
• Support ERP improvements, streamline accounting processes, and strengthen internal controls.
• Collaborate with HR, Supply Chain, Sales, and other functions to ensure accurate financial reporting and efficient business operations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in an FDI manufacturing company.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and Transfer Pricing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
• Good English communication skills.
• CPA/ACCA or Big 4 experience is a plus.
