Job Description:
LOGIVAN Logistics Groupis looking for a full-time Payment Accountant to join our team. This role involves:
- Tracking contracts and contract appendices with transport providers and individual drivers.
- Receiving, verifying, and filing transport invoices and documents per policy; organizing and returning documents to clients.
- Reconciling payment schedules and preparing payment requests in line with project timelines.
- Addressing inquiries from transport partners (drivers and providers).
- Performing related accounting tasks in the Bravo system and maintaining tracking files.
Candidate Requirements:
- College or university degree in Accounting
- Official full-time employee status
- Based in District 7 (HCM City), willing to relocate to Hanoi for 3 months for onboarding.
- Strong communication skillsunderstands and delivers instructions clearly
- Proactive, responsible, and effective in teamwork across departments
- Meticulous, hardworking, and proficient in Excel
- Maintaining an organised workspace as designed by Chief Accountant
