Account Payable Accountant (6-month Contract)

1.Accounts Payable (AP) for Marketing expenses for MX products, Corporate Marketing, Online, B2B

• Check & Approve EO/PR/SO FOC of MKTG activities based on Marketing plan, check budget creation vs plan.
• Collect invoices & check payments for Vendors...
• Posting entry as a bank document after payment/deposit/advance to the vendor
• Make AP confirmation
• Follow-up pending & push MKTG to clear
• Task force for the accounting team, as Internal & External auditing

2. Off-balance inventory management: Sample MKTG, Unrecorded Fixed Assets Management

3. Logistics expense

4. Vendor bank detail management

5. Report: Make & Send EO pending report

6. Training:MKTG admin (if needed)

7. Closing the book monthly on time

8. Backup job for a team member

• Bachelor&aposs degree or at least a college degree, major in accounting/finance.
• Have 1-2 years of experience as an AP accountant
• Good in both written and spoken Englishlanguage
• Good at MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Results-oriented and able to work independently or in a team.
• Committed and passionate towards the business.
• Strong initiative and follow-through.
• Good team player.
• Good communication skills.
