Accountant

InCorp Vietnam is looking for an Accountant with at least 2 years of experience in accounting service, including tax reporting, costing, and financial analysis. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proficient in accounting software, and able to work both independently and in a team.

Position: Accountant

Responsibilities

Record and manage day-to-day accounting transactions using accounting software (e.g., MISA).

Prepare and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.

Manage VAT, corporate tax, and personal tax filings (monthly, quarterly, annual).

Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets and profit & loss reports.

Provide financial analysis and liquidity reports for clients.

Liaise with clients regarding updates, queries, and compliance requirements.

Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Maintain confidentiality of financial data and perform regular backups.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting (service industry experience preferred).

Good command of English (spoken and written).

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with accounting software (MISA preferred).

Team player, proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable.
