Account Manager

Resposibility:

1. Serve as the primary contact person for key clients, establish and maintain stable, long-term client relationships.

2. Deeply understand customer needs and business drivers, and collaborate with the technical team and solution team to develop customized solutions.

3. Drive account performance growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities within existing clients.

4. Manage the entire sales cycle, including the preparation of proposals/solutions, contract negotiations, and coordination of post-sale support.

5. Work closely with internal teams (technical support, engineering, logistics, finance, etc.) to ensure successful project delivery and continuous improvement of customer satisfaction.

6. Monitor and analyze account performance, prepare regular reports, and proactively identify and resolve potential issues or risks.

7. Provide market feedback, competitor analysis, and customer insights to support product and business development.

8. Represent Streamax at industry events, conferences, and client meetings as needed.

Qualification

1. Bachelor's degree or above, no specific major required. Candidates with a background in business administration, sales, engineering or related fields will be given priority.

2. At least 3 years of experience in customer management, sales or business development. Candidates with experience in connected vehicle technology, automotive electronics, Internet of Things (IoT), fleet management or related industries will be given priority.

4. Have a proven track record of successfully managing key clients and achieving sales targets.

5. Possess excellent communication skills, negotiation abilities, and interpersonal skills.

6. Be capable of working independently in a multicultural environment and collaborating effectively with the team.

7. Proficient in English speaking, listening, reading and writing.

8. Be willing to undertake domestic and international business trips as required.

9. Have relevant industry experience in vehicle networking, automotive electronics, GPS navigation, vehicle monitoring, parking/ fleet management, CCTV security, etc. (Priority given to those with such experience)
