Responsibilities

Promptly follow up on sales leads registered online, contacting clients and proactively introducing products through various methods such as phone, instant messaging (Zalo, Whatsapp), and offline visits. Facilitate sales of the enterprise version through online demos or in-person visits. Utilize lead management software to collect relevant information from potential clients (decision-making/needs/purchasing power, etc.) for opportunity nurturing and driving online personal version sales.

Telephone sales. Actively expand new potential customer opportunities, fully utilizing various channels to identify and evaluate potential clients who match the company's target profile, establishing effective connections and closing deals.

Participate in offline marketing activities to expand direct customer or agency opportunities and achieve product sales.

Maintain relationships with existing clients, securing renewals and upsells.

Understand product needs, answer questions, and provide guidance. Stay updated on industry and product knowledge, collect client product requirements, and communicate the value and solutions of the company's products to potential clients.

Conduct community marketing and content marketing on overseas social media platforms to enhance the product's brand influence in local markets and convert leads into sales.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, able to communicate in English.

1-2 years of CRM software sales experience preferred. Or 2-3 years of experience in a B2B company, or experience in developing foreign trade clients.

Proactive and adept at seeking learning opportunities, excellent communication skills, and a positive and optimistic attitude.

Strong teamwork and coordination skills, able to communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Strong sense of responsibility and ambition, with good self-management and self-motivation abilities.
