This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing & Social Media Lead based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The role involves overseeing social media strategy, managing content creation, optimizing platforms for maximum engagement, and promoting brand awareness. The Marketing & Social Media Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft campaigns and ensure alignment with company objectives while fostering engagement with our audience.

• Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) expertise
• Strong skills in Content Strategy and Writing
• Outstanding communication skills for internal and external collaboration
• Proven experience managing social media platforms and growing engagement
• Ability to craft compelling and innovative content to communicate brand vision
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in fintech or cross-border payments is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
