Account Manager is the key bridge between agency and client, leading digital & social campaigns from strategy to execution. This role requires strong social instincts, solid project management skills, and the confidence to advise clients in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local market clients and regional stakeholders
- Understand the brand, category, and competitive landscape to proactively recommend digital & social solutions
- Lead social campaign planning in collaboration with Creative & Social teams
- Develop and manage content ecosystems, including content series on social platforms
- Work closely with KOLs/creators and internal teams to ensure impactful content execution
- Ensure all deliverables meet timeline, quality, and brand standards
- Provide clear, confident recommendations to clients and guide them through digital best practices
- Attend shoots and oversee content production to ensure alignment and client satisfaction
- Coordinate effectively with partner agencies to deliver seamless campaign outcomes
Qualifications
- 3–4 years of experience in a digital or creative agency environment
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends and creator/KOL dynamics
- Experience managing integrated digital or social-led campaigns
- Confident in client-facing roles with the ability to advise, not just execute
- Strong project management skills; able to handle multiple timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (comfortable working with regional stakeholders)
- Outgoing, transparent, proactive, and strong in building human connections
- Open to feedback and able to stay composed under pressure
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
