Overview:
We are looking for a cross-functional, culturally fluent Project Manager (or Senior Project Manager) to lead the end-to-end execution of integrated campaigns at the intersection of music, culture, and brand marketing. This role requires a strategic mindset, hands-on project execution skills, and experience in both KOL/influencer-driven IMC and music/culture-led storytelling.
You'll work directly with brands as clients, while collaborating with artists, creators, and partners to deliver campaigns that drive cultural relevance and brand impact.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign & Project Management
- Lead full project lifecycle: from client briefing to execution and wrap-up.
- Build timelines, scopes, and resource plans for multi-format campaigns.
- Manage internal team coordination across planning, creative, production, and media.
- Ensure delivery quality, track KPIs, and provide post-campaign reporting.
2. Integrated Marketing (IMC) & KOL Campaigns
- Translate IMC strategies into executable workflows with clear deliverables.
- Lead influencer/KOL execution: talent sourcing, briefing, content approvals.
- Oversee vendor coordination (production houses, platforms, talent agencies).
- Monitor budgets, flag risks, and ensure cost-efficiency.
3. Music & Culture Experience Campaigns
- Translate brand objectives into music/culture-led experiences or content campaigns.
- Coordinate booking, contract alignment, and execution with artists or creators.
- Support original music commissioning and cultural IP collaborations.
- Plan and coordinate branded cultural events and festival moments.
4. Brand & Cultural Strategy Integration
- Align all outputs with brand's long-term cultural narrative.
- Work with creative and strategy teams to embed cultural storytelling into campaigns.
- Co-develop phygital campaign experiences that bridge digital and real-world interactions.
5. Leadership & Cross-Stakeholder Management
- Lead and mentor junior project team members (Project Executives, Coordinators).
- Be the main point of contact with brands, artists, and third-party stakeholders.
- Align timelines and resources across multiple partners and internal departments.
- Ensure timely decision-making and documentation throughout campaign phases.
Requirements:
- 58 years of experience in project or campaign management (creative agency, IMC, entertainment, or brand experience).
- Proven ability to manage both KOL/influencer campaigns and artist-based collaborations.
- Deep understanding of IMC, digital content production, and influencer ecosystems.
- Experience in music, youth culture, or entertainment-related projects is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing skills.
- Strong English proficiency required (verbal and written).
- Ability to multitask under pressure and manage multiple project stakeholders.
