We are looking for a commercially driven Account Manager / IT Sales Executive who is passionate about B2B technology sales, client relationship management, and regional business growth.

This role combines:

  • Farming inbound opportunities and existing accounts
  • Hunting and developing new business opportunities across APAC.

You will work closely with leadership, solutions consultants, and delivery teams to help clients build scalable technology solutions while driving sustainable revenue growth for Vinova.

What You Will Do

Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across the APAC market
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through LinkedIn networking, cold outreach, referrals, partnerships, and industry events
  • Build relationships with decision-makers, founders, product owners, and technology leaders

  • Target companies seeking:

- IT Outsourcing services

- Dedicated Development Teams

- Staff Augmentation

- Offshore Development Center (ODC) solutions

- Project-based software development

  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and closing
  • Build and maintain a healthy and predictable sales pipeline aligned with revenue targets.

Account Management & Lead Farming

  • Manage and qualify inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, partnerships, and referrals
  • Build trusted and long-term relationships with existing clients and strategic accounts
  • Understand client business objectives, technical challenges, and hiring needs
  • Recommend suitable engagement models such as:

- Dedicated Team

- Staff Augmentation

- Time & Material (T&M)

- Fixed Price

- Offshore Development Center (ODC)

  • Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, renewals, and strategic expansion opportunities
  • Monitor client satisfaction and ensure smooth collaboration during pre-sales and project handover

Solution Consulting & Internal Collaboration

  • Conduct solution-focused presentations and business discussions with clients
  • Position Vinova as a long-term technology partner rather than a transactional vendor
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, delivery, HR, and finance teams to prepare:

- Commercial proposals.

- Quotations.

- Statements of Work (SOW)

  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline updates
  • Stay informed on APAC market trends, client buying behaviour, competitor offerings, and emerging outsourcing demands

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in IT Outsourcing, Software Services, SaaS, B2B Technology Sales, or IT Consulting

• Strong understanding of:

  • Dedicated Team model
  • Staff Augmentation
  • Offshore Development Center (ODC)
  • Project-based software delivery
  • Technology consulting services

• Proven ability to manage both existing client accounts and new business development opportunities

• Strong consultative selling and stakeholder management skills

• Comfortable communicating with both business and technical stakeholders

• Results-driven, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-growing environment

• Experience working with APAC clients is highly preferred

• A proactive mindset with strong ownership and growth-oriented thinking

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools

• Strong organisational and pipeline management abilities

• Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously
