Job Description

Role Overview

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring successful delivery of services, and supporting revenue growth across assigned accounts. This role acts as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment between commercial goals and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with assigned clients, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the engagement lifecycle
  • Understand client business objectives and translate them into clear commercial and operational requirements
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams (delivery, operations, product, and finance) to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial documentation as required
  • Monitor account performance, identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities, and contribute to revenue targets
  • Support contract discussions and ensure compliance with agreed commercial terms
  • Provide regular updates, reports, and insights to internal stakeholders and clients

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, or a related commercial role
  • Experience working with technology, digital, SaaS, AI, or media‑related services is highly preferred
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively
  • Commercial mindset with strong negotiation and problem‑solving skills
  • Professional English communication skills (written and verbal)

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with international or regional clients
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales/account management processes
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment
