Position and promote the company's product portfolio across assigned markets.
Manage and maintain existing accounts while actively seeking new business opportunities.
Develop new opportunities within current accounts to maximize growth potential.
Apply creativity, value-proposition selling, and customer management skills to support and expand platforms.
Identify new categories for value-added products and create tailored solutions.
Operate as an individual contributor while being an integral part of a collaborative team.
Partner with R&D and Business Development teams to architect customer ideas, interpret market trends and design innovative products that drive category growth.
Qualifications
Preferably a bachelor's degree or higher with at least 5 years relevant experience in Sales to promote foodservice products.
Must possess a wide, existing customer network in Foodservice and experience working with B2B business model.
Must have key accounts activation experience and capability in managing the process from a sales perspective.
Business level English with excellent organizational skills as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in working in a fast-paced environment and ability to deal with a level of ambiguity.
Culinary / Food & Beverage experience and strong, up to date knowledge of the market will be an advantage.
Should have strong Project Management skills with the ability to manage LTO / regular engagements with Key Accounts.
Must be able to travel as required across the SEA sub-region.
