Job Title: KAM - Advanced Patient Monitoring (APM)

Location: Hochiminh city, Vietnam

Report to: SEA APM Director

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our team in Vietnam. The KAM will be responsible for managing and growing our Advanced Patient Monitoring (APM) portfolio. This role requires a strong independent contributor with high strong relationship-building skills, a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, and preferable in experience with Critical Care products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for the Vietnam APM team, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Distributor Influence: Work closely with distributors to ensure effective implementation of sales strategies and market penetration.
  • Market Insights: Gather and analyze local market insights to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and use this information to inform strategic decisions.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional support to customers, addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales performance, and market insights to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Cardio Science, Medical Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management, preferably in the healthcare or medical devices industry, with a strong background in Critical Care products.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Language: Proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
