Responsibilities:
- Be a key contact for collaboration campaign with Influencers.
- Manage sales target/budget and conduct all related reports.
- Prepare Client / Brand / Sellers acquisition and incubation plan, including but not limited to collaboration schemes and key guidelines to identify opportunities for improvement/optimization.
- Ensure the campaign is fully operational & processes are running smoothly including planning, executing, maintaining good relationships with partners.
- Work closely with diverse teams: Influencer partnership, Creative planners , operators... in a fast-pace environment to execute relevant tasks.
- Handle all Influencers inquiries, concerns and resolve matter issues.
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years working experience in E-commerce environment or MCN's client management experience
- Understanding of influencer market is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially TikTok
- Ability to adapt to change and to operate effectively in time constrained and multiple priorities situation
- Strong analytical, decision making, influence, communication & presentation skill
- Ensure compliance to company policies and external regulatory policies where applicable
- Passionate marketer with open-mind and definitely a team player
