JOB DESCRIPTION
Planning:
- Working closely with clients to identify and thoroughly understand client briefs;
- Having deep-dive research, join in and contribute to brainstorming sessions;
- Developing well-written, accurate, appropriate creative ideas and inspiring the briefs with thoughtful insights with the project teams;
- Developing proposals and presenting proposals to clients effectively;
Project Management:
- Producing quotations, working schedules, pre-cost, post-cost, and final reports;
- Make a task list and allocate the resources to execute the campaign;
- Coordinating and communicating with clients and internal & external teams effectively ensures the jobs are done timely and in line with strategic directions to deliver projects, good profit, and client satisfaction;
- Managing projects & evaluating performance after projects independently;
- Alerting the direct supervisor of potential issues or problems during execution;
Teamwork:
- Working with the BD team to get briefs;
- Working with suppliers of production,...;
- Working with the marketing team (content, design, digital, creative, planning);
- Review all final results and suggest improvements if required;
Client Management:
- Business Development: support AM, CEO, COO, and heads of teams to approach new clients to sell company credentials;
- Strategy: Effectively work with team members to develop innovative ideas and strategic directions;
- Client services: build and maintain a good relationship with clients;
- Consulting with clients on project/category issues and providing actionable and proper marketing solutions;
People Management:
- Supporting AM in developing a team by coaching and training team members to improve skills including new members, Intern, Fresher, Junior.
REQUIREMENTS
Background:
- University graduate (preferably in marketing, communications, or related fields);
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position at an agency or company specializing in digital/performance/E-commerce;
- Deep understanding of digital marketing platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Google Ads) and e-commerce (Tik Tok Shop, Shopee, Lazada);
Soft skills:
- Good time management, planning, and organizational skills;
- Orientation to be a positive and strong leader;
- Excellent troubleshooting and solution-finding skills in terms of projects;
- Aesthetic, adaptable, tenacious, systematic, innovative and insightful;
Competency skills:
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamic requirements;
- Have advanced knowledge of branding, marketing & technical trends;
- Good written skills, particularly in proposals and presentations;
- Proven track record of delivery on projects in terms of time, budget, and other client KPIs;
- Passionate and driven in everything you do, and filtering that approach through the teams and the organization as a whole.
