This role is perfect for someone looking for an agency environment and a close-knit group of colleagues to be involved in day-to-day account management, strategy, creative, reporting, communications, and liaising with our partners and vendors.
The ideal candidate will have two-plus years of direct client management experience, top-notch organizational and client-facing skills, and the desire to work within a fast-paced environment and be involved in client meetings/presentations. Candidates with digital advertising and content programming will be a huge plus, along with in-depth knowledge of various media platforms, including Google, Meta & TikTok.
Job Responsibilities
Organize, manage, and liaise with the day-to-day digital, social, and traditional actions, reporting, and execution processes.
Understand the client's business and how to match it with agency expertise to drive measurable results
Take part in campaign strategic and creative development by providing data-driven insights, as well as knowledge of forefront technology innovation.
Engage and activate both internal team members and the Client to maximize integrated campaign effectiveness.
Serve as the trusted voice of the audience by assimilating customer and marketplace insights into the development of creative strategies.
Use analysis to drive decisions in a way that yields sustained, measurable results.
Document Client meetings/conference calls in writing, outlining direction and agreements made.
Assist in shoot planning with producers, timelines, and creative executions.
Manage estimates/billing with the coordinator to ensure accuracy and timely invoicing.
Provide nightly updates (online) informing the line manager of the top-level status of the client.
Lead daily executions.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, or other related field
Experience using Slides or PowerPoint and Excel
Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills
Strong and persuasive communicators, able to simplify research and strategic thinking and present findings to clients in an engaging way
An eagerness to learn and be challenged
Ability to add structure and process when the project plan is unclear/undefined
An advanced understanding of content strategy, creative, and production timelines.
Strong project management skills and the ability to delegate
Ability to multitask several different projects at once
Resourcefulness and flexibility
Positive outlook and good interpersonal skills
